The 2024 Pathways To Jazz grant process will open and close on May 1, 2024. Applicants can submit a letter of intent between 8:00am-5:00pm MT.

To apply for the 2024 Pathways To Jazz recording grant, artists need to first submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) for consideration. The LOI is an online form that is completed on the Boulder County Arts Alliance (BCAA) website www.bouldercountyarts.org. Letters of Intent will only be accepted on May 1, 2024 between 8:00am-5:00pm. No letters will be accepted outside of the BCAA application form. Late submissions will not be accepted.

You can find all the details and eligibility requirements on our grants page as well as on the Grants Program tab of the BCAA web page.

If you are selected to apply, you will then complete the grant application through the Boulder County Arts Alliance website beginning in June. Those awarded a grant will have until December 31, 2025 to complete their project.

To past recipients of the grant, please note: Artists who have never been funded directly or indirectly by Pathways To Jazz will be considered first. Previous grant recipients cannot apply within five consecutive years of their funding year.

Exceptional jazz musicians across the U.S. are invited to apply.

Albums that have been released by past winners can be found on the ARTISTS page on this site.
